Who Kimberly Helps

Focused Support for Second- and Third-Grade Readers

Kimberly’s current launch groups are designed for second- and third-grade learners. Placement is based on each student’s current reading skills, goals, and group fit—not grade alone.

Second-Grade Readers

Support for learners strengthening decoding, word reading, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and reading confidence.

Third-Grade Readers

Focused instruction as texts, vocabulary, comprehension tasks, and classroom reading demands become more complex.

Consistent Twice-Weekly Practice

Learners attend the same small group twice each week on either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule.

Why RADLE Learning Launchpad

Specialist teaching, delivered with care

Specialist Expertise

Kimberly brings Reading Specialist certification and master’s-level training in English Language Learning—so instruction is grounded in how reading and language actually develop.

Personalized Learning Plans

There is no one-size-fits-all lesson. Kimberly builds each plan around a learner’s current skills, interests, and goals, adjusting as progress unfolds.

Engaging Online Instruction

Lessons are interactive and paced for real attention spans, using the screen as a shared, playful learning space rather than a worksheet factory.

Clear Family Communication

Families are partners. Kimberly keeps communication straightforward, so you understand what your child is working on and how they are growing.

Ideal for Readers who guess at unfamiliar words or need a stronger decoding foundation.
Grades 2–3 · Fluency & Comprehension

Reading Growth Group

Twice-weekly small-group instruction for second- and third-grade readers who can decode many words but need support reading smoothly, understanding text, building vocabulary, and expressing ideas.

Simple & Friendly

Simple Online Lessons

Lessons are delivered through Zoom with clear joining directions and patient support. Kimberly keeps the technology simple so families can focus on learning.

Younger learners may benefit from an adult nearby at first. Families will always know how to join and what to expect.

The buttons above currently open Zoom’s website. They will be updated to Kimberly’s specific lesson link once lessons begin.
