What this website collects today
The Get Started form collects basic parent or guardian contact information and tutoring-fit details (such as learner grade, program interest, schedule preference, and a brief message) so Kimberly can respond to consultation requests and determine group fit.
This form does not request diagnoses, medical information, IEPs, school records, or document uploads.
Submitted information is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure and used to notify Kimberly for follow-up. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Information this site does not collect
- It does not include a custom student portal or account system.
- It does not intentionally collect student records beyond basic fit information shared in the consultation form.
- It does not process payments on this site.
- It does not host student images, audio, or video uploads.
Basic technical information
Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as general request information) to operate and secure the site. This first version does not add its own analytics that collect personal identifiers.
Third-party services
This site links to third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including:
- ScaleTutor — used for fit conversations and getting started (temporary link to their homepage).
- Zoom — used for online lessons (temporary link to their homepage).
When you follow a link to a third-party service, that service’s own privacy policy and terms apply. Please review them directly.
